I have over 29 years of Residential and Commercial Construction experience. 

One of my specialty is reconditioning and repair of San Francisco Residential Terrazzo Stairways: Terrazzo steps repairs, complete staircase resurfacing "like new", supporting walls repairs, new Mosaics and Terrazzo landings, complete new Terrazzo staircases installations including all structural work associated  with it.

As you already know, there are less than a handful of us knowledgeable at working professionally in Terrazzo. I perform all Terrazzo reconditioning projects "in person", I do not subcontract any of my work.

Terrazzo is an “art”, not a trade and I execute each job conscientiously.
